DHS and USCIS Invite Public Comment on Proposed Revision of Information Collection for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver of Inadmissibility

The Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are seeking public input on a proposed revision to a currently approved information collection, which includes a new application form, Form I-601A, and a revision to an existing collection. The public is invited to comment on the proposed changes, which are part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and can be submitted through the Federal Register website.
