Department of Justice Withdraws 16 Rulemaking Actions as Part of Federal Government's Deregulatory Initiative

The Department of Justice is withdrawing 16 Notices of Proposed Rulemaking, Advance Notices of Proposed Rulemaking, and Supplemental Notices of Proposed Rulemaking, as well as 38 other regulatory actions, as part of the Federal Government's deregulatory efforts and ongoing agency assessments.
