US Citizenship and Immigration Services Invites Public Comment on Proposed Revision of I-212 Form

The Department of Homeland Security is seeking public input on a proposed revision to the I-212 form, which allows individuals to reapply for US admission after deportation or removal, and is required to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
