Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Regulations for Marine Events and Safety Zone in Patapsco River, Baltimore

The US Coast Guard is proposing temporary regulations in the Patapsco River to ensure public safety during the Star-Spangled Spectacular Fireworks event as part of the War of 1812 Bicentennial Commemorations in Baltimore, Maryland, from September 6-16, 2014.
