FEMA Withdraws Proposed Flood Elevation Determinations for Louisiana

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has withdrawn its proposed rule to modify flood elevation determinations for several locations in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, including Black Bayou Lake and Canal L-11, effective May 25, 2010.
