Debris Removal: Eligibility of Force Account Labor Straight-Time Costs Under the Public Assistance Program for Hurricane Sandy

The Federal government has finalized a rule allowing reimbursement of force account labor costs for debris removal work related to Hurricane Sandy under the Public Assistance Program, a decision made without any changes to the previously published interim final rule.
