Safety Zone, Elizabeth River; Norfolk, VA

The Coast Guard is establishing a safety zone on the navigable waters of the Eastern Branch of the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, VA to support four Harbor Park Stadium fireworks displays. This action is intended to restrict vessel traffic movement in the designated area in order to protect the life and property of the maritime public and spectators from the hazards associated with fireworks displays.
