Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Changes to Marine Regulations for Chesapeake Challenge Power Boat Race

The US Coast Guard is proposing to temporarily adjust the enforcement periods of special local regulations for the Chesapeake Challenge power boat race, a recurring marine event, to ensure the safety of participants and spectators on navigable waters in the Patuxent River, Solomons, MD, from October 4 to October 5, 2014.
