Extension of Generic Clearance for Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) are seeking public comment on extending a currently approved collection of information to gather qualitative feedback on agency service delivery, as part of a broader effort to streamline public feedback processes.
