DHS and USCIS Invite Public Comment on Proposed Revision of Information Collection for U Nonimmigrant Status and Form I-918

The Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are seeking public feedback on a proposed revision to a currently approved information collection, which includes Form I-918 and its supplements, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
