Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone on Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal

The U.S. Coast Guard will restrict access to a segment of the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal from September 3, 2014, to November 26, 2014, to protect the waterway and vessels from hazards associated with a new fish barrier installation by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
