USCIS Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Revision to Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comments on a proposed revision to a currently approved information collection, which will be published in the Federal Register. The revision aims to remove conditions from Form I-829 and revise a collection of information related to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
