CNMI Transitional Worker Numerical Limitation for Fiscal Year 2015

The U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security has announced that the annual numerical limit for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI)-only Transitional Worker (CW-1) nonimmigrant classification for fiscal year 2015 is 13,999, as mandated by the Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008.
