Coast Guard Adjusts Bridge Operating Schedule in Massachusetts

The U.S. Coast Guard is implementing a new rule requiring a two-hour advance notice for bridge openings at the General Edwards SR1A Bridge across the Saugus River, between Revere and Lynn, Massachusetts, in an effort to improve efficiency in drawbridge operations.
