Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for English Station Emergency Environmental Response

The Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone in the Mill River, New Haven, CT, to ensure the safety of life on navigable waters during the English Station Emergency Environmental Response, and only authorized personnel are allowed to enter the zone.
