Notice of Issuance of Final Determination Concerning Various Elliptical Exercise Machines and Option Package Kits

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a final determination regarding the country of origin of elliptical exercise machines manufactured by Octane Fitness and their option package kits. The determination concludes that Taiwan is the country of origin for most of the elliptical exercise machines and two option packages, while China is the country of origin for one option package.
