Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Semisubmersible Loading Operation in South San Francisco Bay

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone in the navigable waters of South San Francisco Bay from October 14 to 23, 2014, to protect workers, mariners, and vessels from potential hazards during a 24-hour semisubmersible loading operation.
