Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Lower Mississippi River

The Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone along the Lower Mississippi River, near Houma's House Plantation and Garden in Darrow, Louisiana, to prevent accidents from a fireworks display on a barge at mile marker 171, and only authorized vessels are allowed to enter the zone.
