The US Coast Guard is proposing a special local regulation to ensure public safety during the annual Bradenton Area Riverwalk Regatta, scheduled to take place on the first Saturday of February from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the Manatee River in Bradenton, Florida.
