USCIS to Approve H-2A and H-2B Petitions for Nationals of 68 Eligible Countries

The Department of Homeland Security has designated 68 countries whose nationals are eligible to participate in the H-2A and H-2B nonimmigrant worker programs for the upcoming year, following a notice published in the Federal Register.
