U.S. Customs and Border Protection Submits Petition for Review of Forfeiture and Penalty Collection Form

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking public comment on a proposed extension of its Petition for Remission or Mitigation of Forfeitures and Penalties Incurred form, CBP Form 4609, which will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget.
