Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for 2019 Census of Jails

The Department of Justice is seeking OMB approval to reinstate and modify a previously approved collection for the 2019 Census of Jails, which had expired, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
