The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, is seeking OMB approval for its Application to Make and Register NFA Firearm, ATF Form 5320.1, as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
