DOJ Submits Information Collection Request for NICS Forms

The Department of Justice is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to two NICS forms, including the FFL Enrollment/NICS E-Check Enrollment Form and the FFL Officer/Employee Acknowledgment of Responsibilities Under the NICS Form, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).
