DOJ's ATF Submits Revised Information Collection Request for National Firearms Act Responsible Person Questionnaire

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is seeking OMB approval for a revised version of the National Firearms Act (NFA) Responsible Person Questionnaire, which includes new questions and updated instructions, as part of its ongoing efforts to streamline and modernize its information collection activities.
