DEA Announces Temporary Scheduling of Synthetic Cathinones

The Acting Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration is set to publish a temporary order scheduling six synthetic cathinones, including N-ethylhexedrone and alpha-PHP, under the Controlled Substances Act, imposing strict regulatory requirements on their manufacture, distribution, and possession.
