DOJ Submits Information Collection Request for NICS Forms

The Department of Justice is seeking OMB approval for two new forms related to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), including a form for Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) enrollment and another for FFL officer/employee acknowledgment of responsibilities.
