Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Firearm-ATF Form 1

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a new information collection request related to the submission of Firearm-ATF Form 1, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
