DOJ, USMS Submit Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice and U.S. Marshals Service are requesting OMB review and approval for a previously approved collection of USMS Medical Forms, with a proposed extension and changes, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
