Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Firearms and Defense Articles to Office of Management and Budget

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection request related to the importation of firearms, ammunition, and defense articles, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
