EPA Lodges Proposed Consent Decree and Requests Comments on Restoration Plan for Contaminated Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) for a contaminated site, and is seeking public comments on a draft restoration plan and environmental assessment.
