Hospital Requests Waiver for Organ Procurement Service Area

A hospital has requested a waiver from the requirement to have an agreement with its designated Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) in accordance with section 1138(a)(2) of the Social Security Act, and is seeking public comments on the matter.
