Reallotment of FY 2011 Funds for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has reallotted $3,089,920 in Fiscal Year 2011 funds to the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for Fiscal Year 2012, with grantees required to obligate at least 90% of the funds by September 30, 2013.
