NIOSH to Review Petition for Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is required to evaluate a petition to include Battelle Laboratories King Avenue facility employees in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, who worked at the facility from April 16, 1943 to June 30, 1956.
