Medicare Program; Medicare Part B Monthly Actuarial Rates, Premium Rate, and Annual Deductible Beginning January 1, 2013

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced the monthly actuarial rates, premium rates, and annual deductible for Medicare Part B, effective January 1, 2013. The rates include $209.80 for aged beneficiaries and $235.50 for disabled beneficiaries, with a standard monthly premium of $104.90.
