Notice of Proposed Action: Implementation of Helium Stewardship Act Sales and Auctions

The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking public comments on the methods and procedures for implementing the Helium Stewardship Act of 2013, which outlines the sale and auction of Federal helium from the Federal Helium Reserve starting October 1, 2014.
