OSMRE Corrects Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Four Corners Power Plant and Navajo Mine Energy Project

The US Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has updated the draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for the Four Corners Power Plant and Navajo Mine Energy Project, which was initially published on March 28, 2014, to include omitted attachments.
