U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Corrects CITES Regulations Rule

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is correcting a 2014 rule to revise CITES regulations by incorporating provisions from the 14th and 15th meetings of the Conference of the Parties, and to clarify and update other provisions. The correction addresses an incorrect amendatory instruction.
