DEA Proposes Permanent Schedule I Control for CUMYL-PEGACLONE

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to permanently place CUMYL-PEGACLONE, a synthetic compound, in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, following a temporary scheduling in December 2023, to meet US obligations under the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances.
