DEA Extends Temporary Schedule I Status of MDMB-4en-PINACA

The Drug Enforcement Administration is extending the temporary scheduling order of MDMB-4en-PINACA in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act for one year, until the permanent scheduling action is completed, or until December 12, 2026, whichever comes first.
