Notice of Intent to Amend Rawlins Resource Management Plan and Prepare Environmental Assessment

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is announcing the start of a scoping process to gather public comments and identify issues related to an amendment to the Rawlins Resource Management Plan (RMP) for the Rawlins Field Office, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
