US Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Public Comment on NewMark Merrill Companies Incidental Take Permit Application

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from NewMark Merrill Companies for a 5-year incidental take permit to authorize the incidental take of the endangered Delhi Sands flower-loving fly during the construction of a commercial retail development in Rialto, California.
