DEA Proposes Permanent Scheduling of 4 F-MDMB-BUTICA, ADB-4en-PINACA, 5 F-EDMB-PICA, and MMB-FUBICA

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to permanently place four synthetic cannabinoids, 4F-MDMB-BUTICA, ADB-4en-PINACA, 5F-EDMB-PICA, and MMB-FUBICA, in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, following a temporary scheduling order in December 2023.
