U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Invites Public Comment on Draft Habitat Conservation Plan for Pioneer Trail Wind Farm, LLC

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received a draft habitat conservation plan and incidental take permit application from Pioneer Trail Wind Farm, LLC, and invites public comment on the proposal, which aims to minimize the impact of the wind farm on two endangered bat species.
