Endangered Species Act Permit Applications Open for Review

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comment on permit applications from the City of Deltona and Adventist Health System/Sunbelt, Inc. for incidental take permits under the Endangered Species Act, as well as a proposed low-impact habitat conservation plan.
