Bureau of Land Management to Prepare Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Eagle Mountain Land Exchange

The Bureau of Land Management will prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement in response to court-ordered deficiencies in the 1997 EIS for the Eagle Mountain Landfill and Recycling Center Project, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
