Public Land Order No. 7829 Partially Revokes 1926 Executive Order on Idaho Public Land
The U.S. government partially revokes a 1926 executive order withdrawing 40 acres of public land in Idaho for protection of springs and waterholes, and opens the land to sale to resolve an occupancy trespass. The move affects Public Water Reserve No. 107.
