Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Submits Final Environmental Impact Statement for Fee-to-Trust Transfer and Resort Development

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has made the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe's application to transfer 321 acres of land in Massachusetts into trust for the benefit of the Tribe available for public review, in conjunction with the development of a resort, hotel, and ancillary facilities.
