Bureau of Land Management Announces Intent to Prepare Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Idaho Transmission Line Project

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho State Office plans to prepare a supplemental environmental impact statement (EIS) for segments 8 and 9 of the Gateway West 500-kV transmission line project in Idaho, following new information and a 2013 Record of Decision (ROD) that deferred ROW grant for those segments.
