US Fish and Wildlife Service Requests Comments on Proposed Incidental Harassment Authorization for USCG Station Monterey

The US Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comments on a proposed authorization allowing the US Coast Guard to incidentally harass small numbers of southern sea otters at USCG Station Monterey in California, as part of a pier replacement project, from November 1, 2014, to October 31, 2015.
